Access Voicemail

BendTel Voicemail Instructions

You have three methods to access your voice mail:

1. Dial 541-323-MAIL (6245). Enter your Mailbox, which is your phone number with area code (i.e. 5413230001). Enter your password.
2. Pick up your phone line, wait for the dial tone then press *98. Enter your password.
3. If you are away from your phone line, you can call your own phone number and when you start to hear your voice mail greeting, press the star key * on your key pad. Enter your password.

The Menu Options are as Follows:

Main Menu:
1 - Listen to New Message(s)

|    |----* - To return to main menu
|----5 - Repeat the current message

|----4 - Temporary greeting (The sub menu is announced only if you have a message recorded.)
|    |----1 - To re-record you temporary greeting
|    |----2 - To remove your temporary greeting
|----5 - Change password
	 This system refers to the "PIN" as a PASSWORD. (No limitations to size of password)
	 You will enter in your password & then press # when finished.
	 You will be asked to re-enter your password & press # when finished.
