Our mission is to provide Central Oregon customers with the highest quality communication services at affordable prices.
BendTel is a locally owned, operated and privately funded company with over 100 years of collective telecommunications and IT experience.
BendTel has taken the best of breed products and protocols and designed, from scratch, our own flagship Carrier Grade “BendTel Metro” fiber Internet product. Built especially for the Bend business market, our fiber Internet delivers maximum reliability and uptime at speeds of up to 10 Gbps (10,000 Mbps) with our geographically-redundant built fiber feeds.
We are the only full service, facilities based, Competitive Local Exchange Company (CLEC), that has been focused on providing voice, long distance, data, Internet and networking services to business customers in the Central Oregon area since 2003. BendTel also owns and operates the only local Class 5 telephone switch in Central Oregon. Additionally, we offer secure and fully redundant colocation services to clients all over the world and install new and refurbished telephone systems, cabling and inside wiring.
We are connected to multiple Tier 1 networks in Portland and Seattle. We directly peer with local, national, and international networks including some of the largest content providers in the world. This ensures that we provide outstanding connectivity to the world and an excellent user experience for all our client networks.
At BendTel, we always put the customer first. We have live Customer Service Representatives answering your phone calls, and knowledgeable technicians to help you. Our goal is to provide our customers with Superior Customer Service and Technical Expertise and to become a Valued Business Partner.
As Central Oregon’s largest locally-owned and operated Telecommunications provider, BendTel is committed to helping our community thrive and prosper.
