Program Terms & Conditions
By referring a customer to BendTel, you agree to the following terms:
- To receive a reward you must refer a new customer and the new customer must activate/install business phone or internet service.
- Your referral must be a business, not a residential customer.
- Your referral must activate services within 90 days of the date of referral.
- Your referral must not have been a customer of the qualifying service(s) within 120 days of the date of referral.
- If multiple referrals for the same business are received only one reward will be provided, for the first referral received.
- Referral rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable.
- You are responsible for any and all tax liabilities associated with this program.
- Members of the BendTel sales staff & their immediate family members are ineligible to participate in this program.
BendTel reserves the right to alter, modify, suspend or terminate this program or any component thereof at any time upon notice. Notice may be provided through BendTel.com, mail, e-mail or such other methods as determined by BendTel in its sole discretion.
