With Do Not Disturb mode active, incoming calls will not ring your extension, but will instead be routed to your voicemail or another extension as defined by the Administrator – or, in the case of bHosted Advanced users, as defined by your Endpoint Settings in the User Control Panel.
Enabling/Disabling Do Not Disturb via Softkey
- Press the DND softkey on your phone.
- From here you can see the Enabled field is set to either “Yes” or “No”.
- Press the “Change” softkey to achieve your desired setting.
