About UsOur mission is to provide Central Oregon customers with the highest quality communication services at affordable prices. BendTel is a full service, facilities based, Competitive Local Exchange Company (CLEC), focused on providing voice, long distance, data, internet and hosting services primarily to business customers in the Central Oregon area. Additionally we offer secure and fully redundant collocation and disaster recovery services to client companies all over the world. We also provide and install new and refurbished phone systems, cabling and inside wiring. We are a locally owned, operated and privately funded company with over 100 years of collective telecommunications and IT experience. As seasoned telecommunications professionals who are intimately familiar with existing communications infrastructure available in Central Oregon, we have been extremely careful to build redundancy at every level of our operation. Our Central Office and Network Operations Center has been designed and built to the highest industry standards with redundant power, HVAC, fiber and electronics. Our network is the fastest with the lowest latency of any provider network serving Central Oregon. Our primary fiber route is direct to the Westin Building in Seattle and to the Seattle Internet Exchange where we peer with many of the largest communications companies in the world. Because our network is direct fiber to Seattle our network connections have extremely low latency at less than 8 milliseconds. Our local fiber network back-bone is redundant 36 fiber cables between our building and our caged POP in the Qwest's Bend CO#24. At BendTel, we always put the customer first. We have "live" Customer Service Representatives answering your phone calls, and knowledgeable technicians to help you. Our goal is provide our customers with Superior Customer Service and Technical Expertise, and to become a Valued Business Partner. We have developed and adopted a cooperative "No Blame" process which eliminates most service issues between equipment vendors, IT consultants, long distance carriers and local service providers. This process speeds service issue resolution through key stakeholders, eliminating much of the frustration when dealing with multiple communications providers. |
